## General Qualifications
To thrive in this fast-paced and dynamic environment, applicants must meet the following baseline requirements:
* Gender: Male applicants only.
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other relevant technical majors.
* Work Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on professional experience in a related field. Direct experience working within a power plant environment will be given strong priority.
* Language Proficiency: Capable of communicating effectively in English, covering both verbal discussions and written documentation.
* Soft Skills: Exceptional teamwork, strong interpersonal communication abilities, and problem-solving skills to manage operational tasks efficiently.
