## Job Overview and Responsibilities
As a Field Helper at PT Kilat Power Indonesia, you will serve as a vital link in our operational chain. Your primary responsibility is ensuring our powerbank rental stations are properly deployed, maintained, and fully operational.
Daily duties and core responsibilities include:
* Hardware Deployment: Execute the safe installation, setup, and dismantling of powerbank charging stations at various merchant locations.
* Routine Maintenance: Perform basic inspections, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on machines to guarantee optimal performance.
* Logistical Support: Assist with the safe lifting, loading, transportation, and repositioning of heavy equipment units.
* Issue Escalation: Identify technical malfunctions and promptly report complex machine issues to the relevant internal engineering teams.
* Field Mobility: Travel efficiently between various operational sites as required by company schedules and deployment demands.

To qualify for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Gender: Male candidates.
* Education: Minimum high school diploma or vocational equivalent (SMA/SMK).
* Physical Fitness: Excellent physical health and stamina, with the strength required for heavy lifting, equipment handling, and manual labor.
* Experience Level: Prior technical experience is not mandatory; comprehensive training will be provided.
* Work Ethic: Eagerness to learn, strong compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), high levels of discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.
* Teamwork: Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
* Licensing and Mobility: Must possess a valid Indonesian motorcycle license (SIM C) and a personal motorcycle. Holding a valid car driver's license (SIM A) and proficiency in driving manual/automatic cars will be considered a significant advantage.
