## Role Overview: Analyst, Logistics Operations
Positioned at the heart of finished goods distribution, this role carries direct operational accountability for a dynamic Surabaya-based facility featuring a 2,200-pallet position storage capacity and a non-Warehouse Management System (WMS) setup. Managing a dedicated team of six internal employees and seven contractors, the chosen candidate will spearhead warehouse productivity, champion a rigorous quality mindset, and uphold strict compliance audits.
Safety remains the paramount baseline for all processes, paired with a constant drive for cost efficiency and workflow optimization. (Note: This position does not offer relocation eligibility).
## Core Responsibilities and Key Duties
The day-to-day scope requires a hands-on professional capable of balancing tactical execution with strategic analysis. Key responsibilities include:
* Distribution & Fulfillment Execution: Supervise daily domestic deliveries to customers and manage finished goods transfers to Regional Distribution Centers (RDCs). Collaborate closely with sales, customer fulfillment, manufacturing, and supply planning teams to guarantee flawless execution toward monthly sales targets.
* Performance Analysis: Monitor warehouse operational metrics regarding cost and productivity, formulate thorough root-cause analyses, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
* Financial Stewardship: Act as a co-owner of cost management, actively driving cost-saving initiatives across transportation and warehousing operations.
* Compliance & Safety: Maintain strict adherence to Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) standards, quality protocols, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional collaboration.
* Inventory & Facility Management: Oversee core warehouse processes, including periodic cycle counting, slow-moving inventory management, throughput productivity, and smooth finished goods movement within SAP.
* Continuous Improvement & Leadership: Identify opportunities to refine warehouse operations while developing team capabilities, fostering supplier relationships, and mentoring direct reports in alignment with regional talent frameworks.
## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
