## Understanding the Junior Operator Role
The Junior Operator plays an integral part in maintaining the safety, reliability, and optimal performance of the power station's systems and equipment. ## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements

Educational Background
* Hold a Diploma (D3) or a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in one of the following engineering disciplines:

Professional Experience & Skills
* A minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience.
* Familiarity with Combined Cycle Power (CCP) plant operations and basic water chemistry.
* Ability to interpret non-complex electrical and mechanical engineering drawings.
* Familiarity with standard power generation plant terminology, functional practices, and operational processes.
* Competence in reading logic diagrams and Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID).
* Strong analytical mindset and sharp critical thinking abilities.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
* High attention to detail, thoroughness, and a commitment to operational safety.
