* Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering.
* Professional Experience: At least 5 years of related experience in engineering and construction within mining building facilities or heavy industrial plants.
* Core Competencies:
* Comprehensive understanding of mechanical engineering and construction codes, standards, mechanical design, and maintenance principles.
* Strong familiarity with mechanical project scheduling and quality management systems.
* Proficiency in English (both verbal and written).
