## Supervisor Development Program (SDP) Tracks
The SDP is designed to groom future leaders within the company. We offer specialized tracks tailored to different operational needs:
1. SDP – Operations
In this role, you will be the backbone of our retail and warehouse excellence. You will oversee daily operations, including Outlet Mitra Indogrosir (OMI) management, member services, and relationship management.
* Key Responsibilities: Monitoring operational performance, ensuring strict adherence to company SOPs, and enforcing management policies.
* Requirements:
* Minimum D4/S1 degree in any major.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
* Strong teamwork, leadership qualities, and excellent communication skills.
* Placement Locations: Sukabumi, Bali, Gorontalo.
2. SDP – EDP (Electronic Data Processing)
Our IT infrastructure is critical to our success. As an EDP supervisor, you will ensure our digital ecosystem remains robust, secure, and efficient.
* Key Responsibilities: Maintaining hardware, software, server stability, and network integrity. You will manage inventory databases and facilitate seamless transaction processing across all stores.
* Requirements:
* Minimum D4/S1 degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or Information Management.
* Technical proficiency in SQL.
* Strong analytical thinking and leadership capabilities.
* Placement Locations: Bandung, Bali, Gorontalo.
3. SDP – Finance & Accounting
Precision and transparency are at the heart of our financial operations. This role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals looking to master corporate accounting.
* Key Responsibilities: Preparing financial reports, handling journal entries, conducting reconciliations, and performing comprehensive financial analysis.
* Requirements:
* Minimum D4/S1 degree in Accounting or Taxation.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Possession of a Brevet certificate is highly preferred.
* Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
* Placement Location: Head Office PIK (Pantai Indah Kapuk).
