Available Management Trainee Positions
We are looking for dedicated, forward-thinking individuals to join several critical departments within our organization:
1. Management Trainee – Production
* Core Responsibilities: Plan and oversee operational activities to ensure the output of semi-finished and finished goods meets strict quality, volume, and scheduling standards.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (D4/S1) from an A-accredited university in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering.
2. Management Trainee – Maintenance
* Core Responsibilities: Coordinate and monitor maintenance schedules, repairs, and technical work allocation to ensure maximum facility uptime and operational efficiency.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (D4/S1) from an A-accredited university in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering.
3. Management Trainee – Tax & Insurance
* Core Responsibilities: Manage corporate tax calculations, reporting, and insurance administration, ensuring full compliance with national regulations.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (D4/S1) from an A-accredited university in Taxation, Accounting, or Finance.
4. Management Trainee – Legal, Governance, Risk & Compliance (LGRC)
* Core Responsibilities: Monitor operational licensing, enforce corporate governance, and mitigate business risks to ensure sustainable organizational health.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (D4/S1) from an A-accredited university in Law.
5. Management Trainee – Marketing & Business Development
* Core Responsibilities: Drive sales targets, manage business systems, and implement administrative strategies to support organizational growth.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (D4/S1) from an A-accredited university in Marketing, Business Management, Informatics, or Information Systems.

To be considered for the IKSG Management Trainee program, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Academic Performance: Minimum GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced command of Microsoft Office and familiarity with corporate information systems.
