## Position Overview: Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) Coordinator
As our GMP Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest standards of production hygiene, safety, and regulatory compliance. You will oversee daily manufacturing protocols, ensuring that every roll of film leaving our facility aligns with rigorous national and international standards.

* Quality and Compliance Management: Implement and monitor Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) across all manufacturing lines.
* Regulatory Standards: Maintain adherence to the Halal Assurance System (SJH), ISO standards, and Occupational Health and Safety (K3) guidelines.
* Production Oversight: Collaborate closely with teams managing plastic production machinery to optimize operational efficiency and reduce waste.
* Documentation and Reporting: Utilize MS Office applications to generate comprehensive compliance reports, audits, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
* Team Leadership: Guide production floor personnel, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

* Work Flexibility: Willingness to work in either shift-based or non-shift schedules depending on operational demands.
