## Overview of the Warehouse Admin Position
The Warehouse Admin plays a pivotal role in ensuring that our supply chain functions seamlessly. You will be at the heart of our logistics operations, responsible for maintaining the integrity of our inventory and ensuring that every product movement is accurately documented and managed.
Key Responsibilities
To excel in this role, the selected candidate will be expected to perform the following core duties:
* Inventory Receiving: Managing the intake of products while performing quality and quantity checks against shipping manifests.
* Storage Optimization: Implementing best-practice storage systems using FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) methodologies.
* Stock Integrity: Maintaining precise inventory records to ensure physical stock levels align perfectly with administrative data.
* Documentation: Handling the meticulous recording of all incoming and outgoing goods.
* Reporting: Preparing routine operational warehouse reports for management review.
* Stock Auditing: Conducting regular stock opname sessions to reconcile inventory discrepancies.
## Qualifications and Requirements
We are seeking candidates who possess a blend of technical expertise, analytical precision, and a strong work ethic. To be considered for this position, you must meet the following criteria:
* Education: A minimum of a Diploma (D3) degree in any major with a cumulative GPA of at least 3.00.
* Experience: Open to fresh graduates; however, candidates with at least one year of experience in warehouse operations are strongly encouraged to apply.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an advanced focus on Microsoft Excel.
* Logistics Knowledge: A solid understanding of warehouse management principles, specifically inventory control and FIFO/FEFO workflows.
* Physical & Functional Requirements: Must possess a valid driver's license and the ability to operate a car.
* Soft Skills: Strong communication, high attention to detail, and the ability to function effectively both independently and within a team environment.
* Location: Preference will be given to candidates residing within the Serang area.
