## Current Vacancies at PT Hasnur Cipta Karya
To support our ongoing infrastructure and development projects, we are recruiting for the following roles:
1. Project Management & Leadership
* Project Leader Infrastructure: Requires an S1 degree in Civil Engineering, proven experience in workshop construction, ability to coordinate project execution, and expertise in comprehensive budget planning.
* Project Leader Workshop: Focuses on workshop construction coordination and budget management; position based in Cikarang.
* Project Leader Land Clearing & Water Management System: Requires a background in Civil Engineering, Forestry, Soil Science, or Geology. Expertise in land clearing, geodatabase mapping, and water management in palm oil plantations is essential. Position based in South Kalimantan.
2. Engineering & Technical Roles
* Sr. Civil Engineer: Requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in infrastructure projects. Must be proficient in RAP (direct/indirect cost) preparation, DED (Detailed Engineering Design) development, and project supervision. Placement: Head Office, South Jakarta.
* Engineering Infrastructure: Specialized engineering support for infrastructure projects.
* Drafter: Requires an S1 degree in Civil Engineering and at least 3 years of experience in workshop or building construction. Must be proficient in AutoCAD, LDD, and Civil 3D.
* Surveyor: Requires a degree in Geodesy and at least 5 years of experience in road and bridge construction. Proficiency in Total Station, Waterpass, RTK, and drone mapping is highly valued.
3. Supervision & Quality Control
* Supervisor (General): Oversees site-specific project operations.
* Supervisor Building & Infrastructure: Requires 3 years of experience in building or steel workshop construction, with strong knowledge of steel and civil design concepts. Placement: Jababeka Industrial Estate.
* Supervisor Steel: Focuses on structural steel, light steel, and construction materials. Experience in quality control for manufacturing or workshop buildings is required. Placement: Jababeka Industrial Estate.
4. Safety, Administration & Operations
* K3 (HSE Officer): Requires an S1 degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering. Responsible for developing project-specific SOPs and monitoring HSE (K3) implementation in the field.
* Site Administration: Ideal for S1 Accounting or Civil Engineering graduates. Experience in AP (Accounts Payable), managing project petty cash, and operational cost reporting is preferred.
* Planner / Admin Alat: Strategic planning and administrative support for heavy equipment management.
* Checker: Oversight and verification of project logistics and material flows.
