## Current Vacancies and Qualifications
We are looking for motivated individuals to fill the following roles. Please review the requirements carefully to see where your expertise aligns with our mission.
1. Process Engineer
* Education: Minimum Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field.
* Experience: At least 2 years in a manufacturing environment.
* Skills: Proficiency in updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
* Communication: Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
2. PPIC Staff
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in any major.
* Experience: Preferable 2 years of experience in production planning.
* Skills: Strong understanding of manufacturing processes.
* Note: Fresh graduates are welcome; proficiency in Mandarin is highly desirable.
3. Purchasing Staff
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in any major.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years of purchasing experience within a manufacturing setting.
* Technical Skills: Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and SUMIF functions.
* Communication: Active in English (both spoken and written).
4. Quality Management System (QMS) Staff
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related field.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in a QMS role.
* Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and ISO 45001 standards.
* Technical Skills: Computer literate with high attention to detail.
5. Lean Manufacturing Engineer
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Process Engineer in manufacturing.
* Knowledge: Expertise in Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
* Communication: Fluent in English (spoken and written).
6. Mandarin Translator
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in any major.
* Certification: HSK 5 or higher certification is required.
* Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong interpersonal communication.
* Experience: Prior experience as a translator is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
7. Warehouse Staff
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in any major.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in warehouse operations.
* Certification: Must possess an active SIO Forklift certificate and be proficient in operating warehouse machinery.
* Technical Skills: Familiarity with Excel for inventory tracking.
8. HR Staff (Mandarin Speaker)
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year of HR experience, or fresh graduates with relevant internship experience.
* Competencies: Skilled in performance management, recruitment, and employee relations with a solid understanding of Indonesian labor laws.
* Language: Must be fluent in both Mandarin and English.
* Location: Willing to be based in Cikarang.
