1. Retail Trainer
As a Retail Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our sales and service teams maintain the highest standards of performance.
* Requirements:
* Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
* 1–2 years of experience as a Trainer or Instructor, preferably in the automotive, electric bicycle, or consumer electronics retail sector.
* Proficiency in developing comprehensive training modules covering sales, product knowledge, service, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Experience conducting both classroom-based and field-based training sessions.
* Strong analytical skills to evaluate training effectiveness through pre-tests, post-tests, and feedback loops.
* Capability to manage training administration and reporting to drive continuous improvement.
2. General Affair (GA) Specialist
The General Affair position is essential to our daily operations, ensuring that our logistics and administrative processes run smoothly and legally.
* Requirements:
* Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Management, Taxation, or a related field.
* At least 2 years of proven experience in General Affair operations.
* In-depth knowledge of company administration and operational support requirements.
* Experience in vehicle licensing, specifically regarding electric bicycles and motorcycles.
* Expertise in managing electric vehicle STNK (vehicle registration) processing.
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
* Excellent coordination skills and the ability to liaise professionally with government agencies and external stakeholders.
* Possession of a valid SIM A or C driver's license is a significant advantage.
3. Retail Performance & Operations Supervisor
We are looking for a strategic leader to oversee our retail network and drive operational excellence across our store locations.
* Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, or related disciplines.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in Retail Operations, Area Supervision, or Store Development.
* Strong leadership, public speaking, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
* Proven track record in managing teams, timelines, and operational budgets.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
* Exceptional negotiation and cross-functional communication skills.
* Willingness to travel for out-of-town business assignments.
* Experience in the electric vehicle, automotive, or similar retail industries is highly preferred.
