1. Production Staff – Japanese Speaker (Code: MACO)
This role is essential for maintaining the operational efficiency of our production division.
* Responsibilities:
* Organize, collect, and archive all documentation within the production department.
* Provide essential support for internal and external compliance audits.
* Manage document retention lifecycles, including the secure destruction of expired materials.
* Facilitate seamless communication by translating documents between Japanese, Indonesian, and English.
* Requirements:
* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
* JLPT N3 certification or higher.
* Experience in document control and administrative workflows.
* Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
2. Quality Staff – P1 & P3 (Code: QA-P3)
We have openings for Quality Staff in both P1 and P3 sections. These roles focus on maintaining the highest standards of production integrity.
* Responsibilities:
* Execute precise dimensional inspections using specialized measuring equipment.
* Conduct routine in-process and final product verifications to ensure strict adherence to customer specifications.
* Analyze measurement data to monitor trends and facilitate continuous improvement.
* Verify non-conforming (NG) products and assist in implementing effective corrective and preventive actions.
* Coordinate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality-related challenges.
* Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in any major.
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Quality role within a manufacturing environment.
* Proficiency in operating technical measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, and height gauges.
