## Role: Content Moderator
Our content moderation team is the frontline of online safety. We are seeking adaptable candidates who excel in high-pressure environments and are passionate about maintaining the integrity of social media ecosystems.
Core Responsibilities
* Content Safety: Oversee short-form video products to ensure strict adherence to legal and community guidelines.
* Compliance Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional departments to address policy violations and evolve internal operational standards.
* Review Operations: Handle user complaints, copyright-related disputes, and public notices regarding platform content.
* Quality Assurance: Continuously update and monitor content across popular social media platforms to ensure community safety.
Qualifications

Core Responsibilities
* Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of ledger entries, balance sheets, and monthly/year-end closing processes.
* Transaction Management: Process invoices, receipts, and payments while maintaining accurate financial documentation.
* Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations for bank accounts and general ledgers.
* Systems Integration: Utilize Xero accounting software for daily financial tasks and reporting.
* Tax Support: Assist the senior accounting team with tax preparation and local compliance.
Qualifications
* Education: Degree or Diploma in Accounting.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Xero accounting software is mandatory; strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.
* Communication: Fluent in written and spoken English.
* Soft Skills: Ability to work independently, manage pressure, and collaborate effectively within a team.
