As a General Affairs and General Services (GA & GS) Staff member, you will play a vital role in supporting daily operational efficiency and managing administrative functions.
Key Requirements:
* Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any major.
* Bring a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in a comparable role.
* Possess exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.
* Demonstrate strong verbal and written proficiency in English.
* Be computer literate, with proficiency in MS Office, Canva, and HRIS (Pro-Int).
* Show familiarity with retail project business operations and sales activities.
* Exhibit a communicative personality, strong character, target-driven mindset, self-motivation, and high adaptability.
2. Warehouse Operator
Our warehouse team ensures seamless inventory management and logistics flow. We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Operator to maintain precision in stock handling.
Key Requirements:
* Minimum high school education (SMA/SMK) from any major.
* At least 1 year of relevant warehouse experience (fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply).
* Solid computer skills, specifically working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SAP.
* Familiarity with the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) inventory management system.
* Demonstrate high integrity, meticulousness, neatness, and strong organizational habits.
