## 1. Business Development / Sales Manager (Jakarta)
As our Business Development and Sales Manager, you will serve as the primary brand ambassador for Esin Group in Indonesia. This high-impact position involves guiding international investors through complex market entries, spearheading revenue generation, and bridging communication between local operations and our regional headquarters.
Key Responsibilities
* Client Engagement: Lead face-to-face and virtual consultations, handle inbound inquiries, manage contract execution, and oversee streamlined payment workflows.
* Advisory Excellence: Educate global investors on establishing foreign-owned companies (PT PMA) in Indonesia, navigating business visa options, and securing optimal office leasing solutions.

* Branch Launch Execution: Oversee the logistical rollout and infrastructure development for our newly established Jakarta branch.

Qualifications and Requirements
* Education: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
* Language Proficiency: Mandatory fluency in spoken and written Mandarin to service our core clientele, alongside professional-level English for international communications.
* Experience: A minimum of 2 years in client advisory, sales, or business development roles—ideally within the consultancy, corporate services, or immigration sectors.
* Regulatory Knowledge: Sound familiarity with Indonesian corporate incorporation laws (PT PMA), commercial leasing, and immigration processes.

Key Responsibilities
* Financial Management: Direct monthly bookkeeping, tax filings, investor reporting, and strict adherence to Indonesian financial compliance for PT PMA clients.
* Internal Operations: Oversee all financial accounting functions for our group entities based in Bali.
* External Coordination: Partner closely with external legal counsel, tax experts, and financial institutions to secure seamless corporate operations, including assisting clients with corporate bank account setups.
* Standardization: Develop, implement, and maintain robust Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to guarantee uniform service quality.
* Team Development: Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing professional development of local accounting personnel.

Requirements
* Education: A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related financial field.
* Experience: At least 2 years of proven working experience in auditing, tax compliance, or corporate accounting, preferably within a professional services or advisory firm.
* Technical Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of Indonesian tax legislation, financial reporting frameworks, and PT PMA regulatory mandates.
* Communication: Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Mandarin is considered a significant competitive advantage.
