Qualifications for HR Legal & GA
* Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Law or Psychology.
* At least 3 years of comprehensive experience in Human Resources Development (HRD), Legal, and General Affairs roles.
* Proficiency in end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
* Thorough understanding of the Indonesian Job Creation Law (UU Cipta Kerja) and relevant permitting/licensing procedures.
