1. Tender Administration
The Tender Administration specialist plays a vital role in our business development cycle by managing the intricacies of our bid processes.
* Prepare, organize, and compile tender documentation according to specific project requirements.
* Coordinate across internal departments to ensure document completeness.
* Monitor submission deadlines to ensure all tenders are delivered on time and in compliance with procedures.
* Manage project databases and support the tender evaluation process.
* Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in any major.
* 1–2 years of experience in Tender Administration, preferably within the fabrication, construction, or oil & gas sectors.
* Solid understanding of tender processes and contractual documentation.
* High attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
2. Management Representative
We are looking for a professional to uphold our commitment to quality, health, safety, and environmental standards.
* Oversee the implementation and development of the company’s management systems.
* Manage the application and maintenance of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001).
* Serve as the primary liaison between executive management and external auditors/certification bodies.
* Conduct internal audits and oversee corrective actions to drive continuous improvement.
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in an ISO Management Representative or QHSE role.
* In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards.
* Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
* Prior experience in the fabrication, EPC, or manufacturing industries is a significant advantage.
