1. Senior Legal Counsel
As a Senior Legal Counsel, you will report to the Legal Manager Operations and provide comprehensive legal oversight across all departments.
* Contract Management: Draft and negotiate complex agreements, including drilling, marine charter, facility sharing, FEED, EPCI, and O&M contracts, ensuring strict compliance with PTK-007 and internal policies.
* Dispute Resolution: Manage legal claims and disputes, coordinating with external counsel to safeguard company interests.
* Regulatory Compliance: Monitor changes in laws and local regulations, assessing their impact on business operations.
* Tender Support: Act as a representative of the Legal function within tender committees.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law is mandatory; a Master’s degree is considered a significant asset.
* Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience, preferably as in-house counsel for an oil and gas firm or at a reputable law firm.
* Certification: Expertise in PTK-007 (Upstream Oil and Gas Procurement) and active membership in the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI) are highly preferred.
