As a Production Engineer within our GDP, you will act as a vital link between design concepts and physical manufacturing, driving efficiency and quality on the factory floor.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Education: Holder of a Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Diploma 4 (D4) in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
* Experience: Open to fresh graduates and young professionals with up to 2 years of post-graduation experience.
* Communication: Exceptional command of the English language, paired with stellar interpersonal skills.
* Technical Proficiency: Highly skilled in computer applications, specifically Microsoft PowerPoint and advanced Excel (including Visual Basic/VBA).
Key Responsibilities
* Champion cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives to identify and resolve production bottlenecks.
* Streamline manufacturing operations to maximize efficiency, minimize lead times, and guarantee on-time product delivery.
* Analyze critical manufacturing metrics, such as Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), rework rates, and overall capacity using Six Sigma and DPMO methodologies.
* Author and maintain accurate shop floor documentation while training operational teams on upgraded procedures.
* Deliver technical troubleshooting and support for specialized transformer designs to optimize manufacturing timelines.
## 2. Planning Specialist
As a Planning Specialist, you will sit at the crossroads of operations and logistics, ensuring our supply chain and manufacturing schedules run in perfect harmony.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Education: Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Diploma 4 (D4) in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
* Experience: Tailored for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of professional experience.

Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate the design and execution of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) to maintain balanced inventory levels in alignment with Purchasing, Design, Warehouse, and Finance departments.
* Assist the procurement team in mapping out production schedules from the initial Purchase Order (PO) issuance to final project handover.
* Manage and adjust production plans based on real-time capacity constraints and contractual delivery deadlines.
* Verify that all materials allocated for production conform strictly to current project requirements.
* Monitor ongoing production phases to ensure full compliance with operational and delivery schedules.
## 3. Testing Engineer

* Education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering.

* Supervise the preparation of transformers for comprehensive safety and performance testing.
* Conduct routine, type, and specialized electrical tests under the direct guidance of the Testbay Engineer and Testbay Supervisor.
* Inspect and verify that control panels are fully functional and properly configured.
* Liaise with external inspectors during Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) to explain procedural frameworks and test results.
* Support root-cause investigations if a transformer experiences performance issues during testing phases.
* Draft, organize, and finalize official technical test reports.
