## Position Overview: Site Officer Shift
The organization is currently seeking a dedicated professional to fill the Site Officer Shift role. This position is vital for maintaining the seamless flow of energy distribution directly at customer operational sites, ensuring that safety, accuracy, and efficiency remain at the forefront of daily activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Operational Oversight: Manage and supervise daily activities related to the receiving, storage, and dispatch of fuel products directly at designated customer locations.
* Inventory Management: Ensure continuous fuel availability aligned with customer needs while maintaining stock levels strictly within designated safe thresholds.
* Reporting and Reconciliation: Conduct meticulous monitoring, documentation, and reconciliation of fuel inventories on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
* Facility and Quality Control: Oversee bulk storage tank management, which includes accurate volume measurements, rigorous product quality checks, and maintenance of storage infrastructure.
* Loss Mitigation: Identify and report stock variances (gains and losses) promptly, initiating preliminary investigations into any potential product discrepancies.
* Supply Chain Supervision: Monitor incoming fuel deliveries from suppliers and manage outgoing distribution to end-users in strict compliance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate seamlessly with clients, transporters, and internal operational teams to guarantee uninterrupted fuel supply chains.
Candidate Qualifications
