## Current Job Vacancies
We are seeking dedicated professionals to fill the following positions across various locations:
Shipyard Operations (Batam, Riau Islands)
* Operator Gantry Crane
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a shipyard setting.
* Must possess an active SIO (Operator License) and relevant certification.
* Proficiency in lifting, moving, launching, delivery, docking, and undocking processes.
* Commitment to maintaining workplace safety (5K standards).
* Helper Gantry Crane
* Minimum 1 year of experience as a shipyard crane helper.
* Must hold valid certificates and SIO.
* Familiarity with shipyard lifting operations and safety protocols.
* Operator Crane (Head Crane)
* Proven experience in head crane operation and material handling for machine units.
* Valid certification and SIO required.
* QC Hull & Outfitting
* Minimum D3 degree in Engineering (Naval Architecture preferred).
* At least 2 years of experience in hull and outfitting QC.
* Competence in weld inspection and NDT, WI, WE certification.
* Ability to generate comprehensive weekly progress reports.
* QC Piping & Mechanic
* Minimum D3 degree in Engineering (Naval Architecture preferred).
* At least 2 years of shipyard experience in piping and mechanical QC.
* Certification in NDT, WI, and WE required.
* Supervisor Hull & Outfitting
* Minimum D3 degree in Engineering (Naval Architecture preferred).
* At least 3 years of experience in shipyard supervisory roles.
* Ability to manage new building schedules, project coordination, and PICA reports.
Technical and Administrative Roles
* Technical Support (Jakarta)
* D3 degree in Naval Architecture or Marine Systems.
* Responsible for warranty claim management, onboard inspections, and damage analysis.
* Requires strong technical reporting and coordination skills.
* Safety Officer (Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan)
* Minimum D3 in Occupational Health and Safety (K3) or Engineering.
* At least 3 years of experience with a mandatory AK3 General certificate.
* Expertise in safety patrols, JSA creation, PICA documentation, and safety training.
* Warehouseman (Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan)
* Minimum high school (SMA/SMK) or D3 background.
* 1 year of relevant experience, preferably with SAP and MS Office proficiency.
* Must hold valid SIO for forklifts, cranes, or trucks.
