## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
We are looking for individuals who possess a blend of technical expertise and analytical problem-solving skills. To qualify for these positions, candidates should meet the following criteria:
* Education: Minimum D3, D4, or S1 degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Physics, Industrial Engineering, Product Design, or Informatics Engineering.
* Experience: We welcome both fresh graduates and experienced professionals with at least 1–2 years of relevant experience in the automotive manufacturing sector.
* Language Skills: Proficiency in professional English is required.
* Technical Aptitude: A strong mathematical and analytical mindset is essential for success in our engineering roles.
* Software Proficiency: Candidates must demonstrate competency in electronic design software, including Eagle, Proteus, Altium, or LTspice.
* Project Experience: Applicants should be comfortable managing electronic projects, including PCB design, component analysis, and system simulations.
