## Role Overview and Key Responsibilities
As a Registration Staff member, you will serve as a vital link between our production facility and regulatory authorities. Your primary objective will be to ensure that all our product portfolios remain fully compliant with national standards. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Documentation Management: Preparing comprehensive registration dossiers for new product launches, as well as managing renewals and product variations.
* Regulatory Submission: Facilitating the formal submission of documentation to BPOM, ensuring that all filings strictly adhere to the latest government regulations and guidelines.
* Archiving and Compliance: Maintaining a systematic, highly organized digital and physical archive of all registered product files to ensure easy retrieval and audit readiness.
## Qualifications and Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess a keen eye for detail and a strong grasp of the regulatory requirements governing the Indonesian cosmetic sector. We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
* Professional Experience: A minimum of one year of hands-on experience in a registration role specifically within the cosmetic or pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
* Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience and comfort in navigating BPOM’s registration portals and procedures.
* Geographic Preference: Preference will be given to candidates currently residing in the Tangerang area.
* Added Advantage: A strong understanding of Halal certification processes and requirements will be considered a significant plus.
