1. Warehouse Admin
The Warehouse Admin plays a pivotal role in ensuring that our supply chain operates with maximum efficiency. You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative lifecycle of our inventory.
* Managing administrative processes for receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
* Ensuring all logistics operations adhere to company-mandated standards.
* Drafting accurate daily reports to track inventory status.
* Maintaining meticulous records of all goods movement to ensure zero discrepancies.
* Minimum Diploma (D3) degree from any major.
* At least 1 year of professional experience in warehouse administration.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
* High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
2. Staff QC (Quality Control)
Our Quality Control department is the backbone of our product integrity. We are looking for an analytical professional to maintain our high standards of safety and efficacy.
* Performing In-Process Control (IPC) inspections throughout the production cycle.
* Conducting rigorous final product inspections.
* Executing product stability analysis.
* Evaluating the quality of incoming raw materials and packaging components.
* Minimum Diploma (D3) degree from any major.
* Prior experience as a QC Analyst or Inspector is required.
* Demonstrated background in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
