## Available Career Openings
1. Civil Engineering Assistant
* Responsibilities: Oversee daily civil site activities, conduct field inspections, ensure quality control, support technical documentation, and collaborate with contractors.
* Requirements: D3/S1 in Civil Engineering. Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and surveying tools like Theodolite and Total Station. Strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented mindset are essential.
2. Mandarin Translator / Chinese Interpreter
* Responsibilities: Provide accurate translation for meetings and technical documentation, facilitate communication between Chinese and Indonesian stakeholders, and maintain professional confidentiality.
* Requirements: Fluency in Mandarin, Indonesian, and English. Previous experience in the energy or power generation sector is highly preferred. Must possess strong cross-cultural communication skills.
3. Mechanical Engineering Assistant
* Responsibilities: Execute preventive and corrective maintenance, manage mechanical documentation in SAP, participate in Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) programs, and ensure site safety.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with 1–3 years of experience in heavy industry or power plants. Competent in troubleshooting boilers, turbines, pumps, and piping systems.
4. WTP Operator
* Responsibilities: Monitor water treatment plant equipment, conduct routine inspections of pumps and valves, manage chemical dosing, and ensure environmental compliance.
* Requirements: Junior High School degree or Diploma/Technical Certification. At least 3 years of experience operating WTP equipment. Must be willing to work in shift patterns.
5. IT Assistant
* Responsibilities: Provide first-level technical support, install and configure IT hardware/software, manage network performance, and maintain system documentation.
* Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science. Strong troubleshooting capabilities, knowledge of cybersecurity basics, and proficiency in hardware maintenance are required.
6. Finance Accounting Assistant
* Location: South Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi
* Responsibilities: Assist in financial statement preparation, perform data entry, reconcile accounts, and support month-end closing processes.
* Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with at least 2 years of experience. High proficiency in financial software and spreadsheet applications is mandatory.
7. License & Permit Assistant
* Location: South Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi
* Responsibilities: Manage and renew operational permits, ensure regulatory compliance, act as a liaison with government agencies, and conduct internal audits of licensing documentation.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Law or Business Administration. Minimum 5 years of experience in regulatory compliance, ideally within the energy sector. Excellent command of written and spoken English.
