## Current Opening: Production Operator
We are looking for detail-oriented, motivated individuals to fill the role of Production Operator. As a member of our manufacturing team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our premium chocolate products reach our customers in perfect condition.
Key Responsibilities
* Operational Excellence: Operate production machinery in strict accordance with provided work instructions and safety guidelines.
* Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on production equipment and ensure your designated work area remains organized and functional.
* Hygiene Standards: Maintain a clean production environment, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and 5R organizational standards at all times.
* Quality Assurance: Take ownership of product quality throughout the manufacturing process.
* Goal Attainment: Work efficiently to meet daily production targets while providing regular progress reports to the Production Team Leader.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK or equivalent).
2. Experience: Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
3. Core Knowledge: A foundational understanding of personal hygiene, sanitation protocols, GMP, and HACCP is essential.
4. Soft Skills: Must be disciplined, highly meticulous, and possess a strong sense of professional responsibility.
5. Flexibility: Candidates must be willing to work in a rotating shift system.
