## Open Position: Head of Engineering (Robotic)
We are looking for a visionary leader who is passionate about advancing automation and maintaining the highest standards of production efficiency. As the Head of Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our robotic infrastructure.
Core Responsibilities
* Systems Innovation: Spearhead the development and implementation of new robotic systems while maintaining autonomous maintenance protocols.
* Team Leadership: Oversee the engineering department, ensuring high levels of productivity and strict adherence to company regulations and labor discipline.

Candidate Qualifications
To be considered for this leadership role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechatronics Engineering is highly preferred.
* Professional Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience in a robotic engineering environment.
* Technical Proficiency: Comprehensive knowledge of robotic systems and utility management.
* Standards and Compliance: Expertise in ISO 45001, ISO 14001, K3LH (Occupational Health and Safety), and 5S methodologies.
