* Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in a related field.
* Experience: At least one year of professional experience in a similar HR role.
* Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
* Regulatory Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of Indonesian Labor Laws, as well as EDABU and SIPP systems.
* Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication abilities and a proven track record of maintaining professional relationships with relevant government agencies.

2. Cost Control Supervisor

* Implementing cost-control policies across all departments while verifying inventory calculations and supporting documentation.
* Ensuring the accuracy of all financial transactions.
* Monitoring and controlling procurement costs for raw materials.
* Developing and executing comprehensive cost-reduction strategies.
* Managing purchase order processes and overseeing production budgets (weekly, monthly, and annually).
* Performing variance analysis by comparing actual spending against established budgets.
* Gender: Male.
* Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1).
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of ERP systems.
* Communication: Exceptional command of the English language, both written and verbal.
