1. SCM Administrator (Head Office, South Jakarta)
This role is essential for ensuring the smooth flow of our supply chain documentation and vendor relations.
* Key Responsibilities: Managing shipping documents and invoices, data entry via SAP and Excel, and supporting vendor management including price comparisons and contract administration. You will also oversee the documentation lifecycle for import activities.
* Qualifications: Diploma (D3) degree, minimum 1 year of experience in administration, and high proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience with SAP is highly advantageous. This position is under an outsourcing contract.
2. Mill Operator (Factory, Medan)
Join our production team to ensure our milling processes meet the highest global standards.
* Key Responsibilities: Overseeing daily production output, operating milling machinery, monitoring raw material efficiency, and ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
* Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or Food Technology). At least 2 years of experience as an Operator or Foreman in the FMCG or flour milling industry is required. You must be proficient in SCADA systems and willing to work in a shift-based environment.
3. Warehouse Checker (Factory, Cilegon, Banten)
Our warehouse operations depend on precise oversight and efficient logistics coordination.
* Key Responsibilities: Conducting shift handovers, verifying packing results, managing FIFO (First-In-First-Out) inventory, and coordinating the loading process with forklift operators and logistics teams. You will also oversee fumigation orders and ensure the warehouse remains organized and compliant with safety protocols.
* Qualifications: Minimum High School diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent. At least 1 year of relevant experience is preferred, along with solid computer skills (Microsoft Office).
