* Targeted Majors:

* Academic Performance: A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00/4.00.
* Experience Level: Recent graduates or professionals with a maximum of two years of work experience.

* Mobility: Full willingness to be stationed at any BRC unit (Kuala Tanjung or Medan) and availability to participate in the selection process in Jakarta.
