## Job Description: Project Administrator
As a Project Administrator, you will serve as the organizational backbone of our project operations. Your primary objective is to ensure seamless coordination, accurate data management, and timely delivery of project milestones.
Key Responsibilities
* Data Management: Oversee and guarantee the accurate collection, organization, and maintenance of all essential project data.
* Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and compile comprehensive project documents, Minutes of Meeting (MOM), and detailed financial reports.
* Stakeholder Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings with external partners, clients, and relevant stakeholders.
* Progress Tracking: Monitor and report on overall project advancement and material deliveries to ensure all deliverables strictly align with project requirements.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to address project needs and streamline administrative documentation.
