1. Management Trainee: Administration Head
The Administration Head plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless functionality of our branch offices. You will be responsible for overseeing the backbone of our operations.
* Supervise and optimize day-to-day branch operations.
* Formulate and implement strategic administration plans for both sales and service units.
* Maintain precise administrative databases and records.
* Manage comprehensive general affairs, personnel administration, and HR functions.
* Oversee branch financial integrity, including tax compliance and reporting.
* Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or Industrial Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
* At least 2 years of professional experience in finance (exceptional fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
