## Role Overview: Production Operator (Lathe)
As a Production Operator, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing lifecycle. You will be directly responsible for transforming raw materials into precision components using advanced machinery while maintaining our stringent quality and safety standards.
Core Responsibilities
* Machining Operations: Execute precise lathe processes strictly based on assigned Work Orders (WO) and technical drawings.
* Quality Control: Conduct thorough dimensional and visual inspections of finished turned parts to ensure compliance with specifications.
* Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine daily machine inspections, general upkeep, and preventive maintenance on all assigned machinery and auxiliary tools.
* Operational Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace while adhering to all company safety protocols.
Candidate Requirements
To qualify for this exciting career opportunity, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Gender & Age: Male candidate, maximum 25 years of age.
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK).
* Work Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on experience operating both CNC and manual lathe machines.
* Technical Expertise:
* Highly familiar with Fanuc and Mazak machine control systems.
* Strong working knowledge of lathe machine inserts and cutting tools.
* Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex technical drawings.
* Competence in utilizing various precision measuring instruments.
* Preferred: Demonstrated ability to create cycle programs and utilize CAM software (such as Mastercam).
* Soft Skills: High self-motivation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced production environment.
* Additional Prerequisites:
* Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
* Placement: Cikarang, West Java.
