## Role Overview: Supervisor Development Program (SVDP)
The Supervisor Development Program (SVDP) is meticulously designed to groom high-potential technical graduates into frontline operational leaders. Trainees will gain hands-on exposure to plant-floor management, learning how to balance high-volume output with strict quality control and safety protocols.
Core Responsibilities
Successful candidates will take direct ownership of shift operations, ensuring that the factory floor runs seamlessly. Key duties include:
* Production Oversight: Closely monitor and control shift-level production outputs to guarantee that daily manufacturing targets align with master planning schedules.
* Problem Solving & Troubleshooting: Swiftly identify operational bottlenecks, investigate root causes related to output shortfalls, product defects, and material waste, and implement corrective actions.
* Safety & 5R Enforcement: Lead by example by directing, monitoring, and enforcing workplace safety protocols and active 5R (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) methodologies throughout the shift.
