## Career Opportunity: Field Operator (Chemical Plants)
We are looking for a dedicated Field Operator to support our chemical production unit. This role is essential to maintaining our reputation for excellence and sustainability in viscose fiber manufacturing.
Core Responsibilities
* Operational Excellence: Operate production machinery and equipment strictly following safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
* Quality Assurance: Monitor output quality consistently to identify, isolate, or re-process any products that do not meet our high standards.
* Documentation: Maintain precise records of daily production and technical parameters to enable accurate performance analysis.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless operational workflows.
* Performance Targets: Adhere to established guidelines to meet production schedules, cost-efficiency targets, and waste reduction goals.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A Diploma in Chemical Engineering (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
