Who Should Apply?

* Educational Background: Hold an S1 degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Chemistry.
* Technical Knowledge:
* Mechanical Engineering: Proficiency in production processes and machinery maintenance.
* Chemical Engineering/Chemistry: Familiarity with R&D and chemical production workflows.
* Civil Engineering: Understanding of structural and building maintenance standards.
* Soft Skills: Demonstrable ability to work both independently and as a highly collaborative team member.
* Commitment: Full availability to participate in a structured, six-month onsite program.
