## 1. R&D Administrator
We are searching for a detail-oriented and collaborative individual to join our Research and Development department. In this role, you will be the backbone of the team, ensuring that daily administrative operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Core Responsibilities
* Manage and administer contractor relations and internal documentation.
* Oversee departmental personnel records and administrative filings.
* Provide essential support to the R&D team to ensure operational success.
Candidate Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Office Administration, Management, Agribusiness, or a related field.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a heavy emphasis on Excel.
* Strong aptitude for data organization and detailed reporting.
* Excellent communication skills, both proactive and team-oriented.
* Proficiency in English.
* Must be willing to be stationed in Tanjung Jabung Barat, Jambi (Remote Area); residents of Jambi are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Performance Areas
* Supervise the harvesting of buds and cutting activities.
* Manage critical plant care processes, including fertilization, irrigation, and replanting.
* Execute routine maintenance such as weeding and pest control applications.
* Monitor plant health and provide comprehensive reports to the Nursery Coordinator.
* Ensure that production targets are met in line with company safety and quality standards.
Candidate Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Agriculture, Agronomy, Agro-ecotechnology, or equivalent.
* Minimum of one year of hands-on experience in a nursery environment.
* In-depth understanding of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) regarding stool plant maintenance.
* Proven ability to work effectively within a team-based setting.
* Willingness to be stationed in a remote area in Jambi.
