## Career Opportunity: Warehouse Administrator
We are currently looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to join our Karawang-based team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless flow of our supply chain and maintaining the highest standards of pharmaceutical compliance.
Core Responsibilities
* Data Management: Accurately input, track, and update all records concerning incoming and outgoing inventory.
* Documentation Excellence: Prepare comprehensive warehouse reports and maintain precise shipping and storage documentation.
* Compliance Oversight: Ensure all daily activities strictly adhere to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols, quality standards, and established warehouse regulations.
* Operational Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional departments to streamline warehouse workflows.
* Inventory Control: Monitor real-time stock levels, perform regular cycle counts, and execute thorough stock opnames.
* System Utilization: Operate integrated ERP platforms, including SAP and Microsoft Dynamics, to maintain digital inventory integrity.
Required Qualifications and Skills
To thrive in this position, candidates should meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A minimum of a Diploma (D3) in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
* Professional Experience: At least one year of experience within the pharmaceutical sector, supported by a strong understanding of supply chain logistics.
* Technical Proficiency: Comprehensive knowledge of material handling procedures—including receiving, storing, weighing, and shipping—aligned with GMP/CPOB standards as mandated by the Ministry of Health and BPOM.
* Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry processes, specialized equipment, and rigorous documentation requirements.
* Computer Literacy: Advanced skills in MS Office and a professional level of English proficiency to manage international documentation standards.
