## Role Overview: Accounting Staff
The Accounting Staff position is integral to maintaining the financial integrity of our operations. This role requires a candidate who can balance technical proficiency with high levels of accuracy, ensuring that all transactions are recorded and analyzed according to professional standards.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of critical financial tasks, including:

* Inventory and Cash Management: Conducting regular Stock Opname and Cash Opname procedures to ensure physical assets align with digital records.
* Financial Reporting: Preparing, compiling, and analyzing monthly financial statements with a focus on accuracy, punctuality, and detailed insights.
* Audit and Verification: Scrutinizing transactions within financial reports to identify and rectify any discrepancies.
* Database Administration: Managing the company’s accounting database to ensure data security and accessibility.
* General Support: Executing various other tasks related to corporate finance and accounting as required by the management team.
