## 1. Industrial Relation Senior Specialist
We are looking for a legal professional to manage our internal labor dynamics and ensure regulatory compliance within our manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Legal Management: Oversee both litigation and non-litigation matters.
* Employee Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for union and employee-related affairs.
* Documentation: Draft and review Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs), legal opinions, and legal standing documents.
* External Liaison: Manage professional relationships with government bodies, including Disnaker and PHI.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law.
* Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in an Industrial Relation role within a manufacturing setting.
* Certifications: Possession of an advocate certificate is highly preferred.
* Language: High proficiency in written and spoken English.
* Location: Ability to work on-site at our Gempol Plant in Pasuruan, East Java.
* Core Skills: Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills, combined with a deep understanding of legal drafting and litigation processes.
## 2. QA Internal Audit Specialist
To maintain our high standards of product quality, we are recruiting a Quality Assurance expert to uphold our rigorous safety protocols and audit procedures.
Key Responsibilities
* Audit Planning: Manage the scheduling and implementation of annual internal audit risk assessments.
* Reporting: Compile and analyze internal audit results on a monthly and quarterly basis.
* Quality Control: Ensure strict adherence to product safety policies and facilitate internal audit findings across various departments.
* Preparation: Provide essential support during pre-external audit inspections.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Technology, Fisheries, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
* Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience in QA Internal Auditing within a manufacturing environment.
* Language: Fluent in English (oral and written).
* Location: Ability to work on-site at our Pandaan Plant in Pasuruan, East Java.
* Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, BRC, HACCP, and CCP standards.
