We are currently seeking talented individuals to fill the following roles:
1. ERP Technical
* Monitor ERP system data integrity.
* Develop and maintain robust APIs.
* Modify applications to align with evolving business requirements.
* Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in ERP Technical roles.
* Proficiency in Node.js and SQL Server.
* Strong foundational understanding of ERP workflows.
2. Accounting Inventory Officer
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
* At least 1 year of experience in an accounting role (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Strong administrative and communication abilities.
3. Legal Team Leader
* Support the Legal Manager in providing advisory services to management.
* Lead the legal team in documentation, research, and staff training.
* Draft, review, and finalize agreements and legal documentation.
* Oversee compliance with internal policies, GCG, and prevailing regulations.
* Maintain and update the permits and licenses database for affiliated entities.
* Bachelor’s (S1) or Master’s (S2) degree in Law.
* 5–7 years of experience in legal roles, with at least 3 years as in-house counsel or at a reputable law firm.
* Fluency in English and Indonesian.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities under strict deadlines.
4. Accounting Team Leader
* Supervise and evaluate accounting transactions and processes.
* Prepare comprehensive monthly and annual financial statements.
* Review corporate tax reporting and annual tax payments.
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
* Deep knowledge of PSAK (accounting standards), tax regulations, and general ledger management.
5. Accounting Officer
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in an accounting function.
* Strong analytical skills with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
6. Staff – DBBI (Business Intelligence)
* Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.
* Knowledge of SQL and software development lifecycles.
* Experience with BI and analytic tools (Power BI, IBM Cognos, etc.) is highly preferred.
* Strong capabilities in data visualization, storytelling, and business analysis.
* Minimum 2 years of relevant experience is preferred, though fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
7. Purchasing Officer
* Solicit quotes for required goods and services.
* Process Purchase Orders (PO) and track deliveries to ensure timely arrival.
* Inspect goods for quantity and quality compliance.
* Maintain vendor evaluation records and asset databases.
* Bachelor’s degree from any major.
* Internship experience or 1 year of experience in purchasing is preferred (fresh graduates welcome).
