1. Branch Manager
We are seeking a dynamic leader to oversee branch operations, drive growth, and ensure the delivery of exceptional educational services.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline.
* Proven leadership and strong managerial capabilities.
* Highly target-driven and results-oriented mindset.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Availability for full-time commitment.
* Willingness to be placed in Denpasar, Tangerang, or Bintaro.
2. Operational Staff (Office Boy)
Play a vital role in maintaining a smooth, clean, and organized environment to support daily academic activities.
Qualifications:
* Minimum high school diploma (SMA/equivalent).
* High level of attention to detail, discipline, and strong sense of responsibility.
* Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
* Good communication skills.
* Full-time availability.
* Willingness to be placed in Denpasar, Tangerang, or Bintaro.
* Note: Staying at the provided company dormitory (mess) is mandatory for this specific position.
3. Physical Fitness Coach (Part-Time)
Join us on a part-time basis to whip our students into top physical shape, ensuring they meet the stringent physical fitness standards required for military and state academy selections.
Responsibilities:
* Guide and train students through comprehensive physical conditioning programs.
* Develop structured training plans and set measurable performance targets.
* Monitor individual student progress and physical development.
* Prepare regular progress reports.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Physical Education (PJKR) or a related field.
* Prior experience training military cadets or candidates is a strong advantage.
* In-depth knowledge of physical selection processes for AKPOL, AKMIL, and official state academies.
* Maximum age of 30 years old.
* High energy, disciplined, and communicative.
Working Hours:
* Monday – Friday: 06:00 – 08:00 WIB and 16:00 – 18:00 WIB
* Saturday: Tentative (as needed)
