## Candidate Qualifications
To ensure excellence in our workflows, all applicants must meet the following baseline requirements:
* Educational Background:
* For Production Control and Logistics roles: A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field of study.
* For Quality Control roles: A Diploma in Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced competency in Microsoft Office suite and Microsoft Outlook.
* Operational Readiness: Candidates applying for the QC position must be comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
* Core Competencies: Applicants must demonstrate strong analytical thinking, effective problem-solving abilities, high initiative, and a genuine eagerness to acquire new skills.
* Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with professional proficiency in the English language.
* Availability: Applicants must be ready to commence employment immediately.
