## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
To ensure we select the most driven candidates for this rigorous journey, applicants must meet the following baseline criteria:
* Male applicants with a maximum age of 25 years old.
* Hold a Bachelor's degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Agrotechnology.
* Achieved a minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.25.
* Fully willing to be assigned to any branch or facility across Indonesia.
* Prepared to reside in company-provided housing (mess) throughout the duration of the training period.
* Commit to a mandatory 2-year service agreement upon program completion.
* Physically and mentally healthy, with a strict requirement of not being colorblind.
* Ready to undergo a rigorous and intensive training schedule.
