## Position Overview: Production Operator
As a Production Operator, you will play a vital frontline role in keeping our manufacturing lines running smoothly, safely, and efficiently. You will work alongside a collaborative team dedicated to maintaining our high manufacturing standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Execution of Manufacturing Processes: Execute daily production cycles strictly adhering to established standard operating procedures and specific work instructions (WI).
* Equipment Operation: Safely operate heavy machinery and specialized work tools in accordance with formal operational guidelines and prior hands-on training.
* Quality & Safety Compliance: Monitor output quality continuously and report any operational discrepancies to floor supervisors immediately to maintain a safe and productive environment.
Candidate Qualifications

* Educational Background: Minimum high school graduate (SMA or vocational SMK equivalent).
* Work Schedule Flexibility: Fully willing and able to work in a structured shift system to support continuous manufacturing operations.
