## Professional Qualifications
To maintain the operational excellence that defines the Hasnur Group, all applicants should meet the following baseline requirements:
* Educational Background: A minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in a relevant field.
* Industry Experience: Prior experience in HPH (Forestry Concession), HPH contracting, mining, or logging operations is highly preferred.
* Geographic Flexibility: Candidates must be willing to be stationed in remote operational areas.
* Specialized Skill Sets:
* Management Roles (1-3): Must possess advanced proficiency in communication, formal presentation, and strategic negotiation.
* Technical Role (IT): Must demonstrate expertise in network engineering, specifically regarding V-Sat systems, hardware maintenance, software installation, and technical troubleshooting.
