## Required Qualifications
To ensure our continued commitment to excellence, we seek candidates who meet the following professional criteria:
* Educational Background:
* Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Industrial Engineering (Position 2).
* Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Law, Management, or related fields (Positions 1 and 3).
* Minimum Senior High School education (Position 4).
* Professional Skills:
* A strong grasp of Indonesian Employment Law is mandatory for the People & Culture position.
* Proven professional experience in a similar role is required for HR and Pattern Maker positions.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel, is essential for IE and HR roles.
* Basic proficiency in English is required across all open positions.
* Soft Skills:
* High levels of discipline, attention to detail, and a sense of personal responsibility.
* Proven ability to excel both as an independent contributor and as a collaborative team member.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
