# The Legacy and Future of Triputra Group: Accounting Career Opportunities
Theodore Permadi Rachmat, the visionary former CEO of Astra Group, carved a distinct path in the business world by establishing PT Triputra Investindo Arya in 1998. Initially formed as the holding company for Adira Mobil and Adira Finance—businesses previously under his father’s leadership—Rachmat successfully consolidated and scaled these entities. Under his strategic guidance, Adira Finance surged to prominence, becoming one of Indonesia’s premier leasing institutions.
In 2004, a pivotal shift occurred when Triputra Group sold Adira Finance to Bank Danamon, Tbk. This strategic divestment was designed to fuel long-term expansion and facilitate the diversification of the group’s portfolio. The capital generated from this transition allowed Triputra to pivot toward higher-growth industrial sectors.
## Diversification and Visionary Growth

Guided by the motto "Excellence through People and Process," the organization strives to become a group of the best-managed companies, aimed at enhancing national competitiveness.
