Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A minimum of a Diploma (D3) in Agronomy, Plantation Management, Soil Science, Agriculture, or Plant Pest and Disease Management.
* Academic Performance: A minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8.
* Experience Level: Open to fresh graduates; candidates with up to two years of relevant professional experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
* Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of computers and the Microsoft Office suite.
* Mobility: Willingness to be stationed at any of Wilmar’s palm oil plantation locations across Indonesia.
